This ancient eighteenth-century rustic house, just ten minutes from the center of Arezzo and twenty from Cortona, offers a private furnished garden with independent entrance, free parking, outdoor dining area with barbecue and exclusive use of the swimming pool. This air-conditioned and free Wi-fi vacation home consists of 4 bedrooms, a fully equipped large kitchen, 2 bathrooms, living room and offers the possibility of accommodation for up to 10 guests. Our structure is pet-friendly and children of all ages are welcome. Bed linen and towels, as well as pool towels, are included.
Surroundings
One step away from home is the public transport stop, the bar, the grocery store, the hairdresser and a pizza restaurant; but just look towards the hill and we are already in the open countryside, with terraces of olive trees and centuries-old oaks. For trekking enthusiasts, it is worth climbing up to the ancient village of Policiano and its castle, immersed in the woods, where the “Via Romea” passes, to admire the breathtaking view. Guests of Donna Laura will be able to enjoy the activities to do in Arezzo town centre, a city rich in art and history, as well as in the surrounding area in its beautiful countryside: hiking, bike tours, food and wine tours and walks.
